Boli Aviles-Alfaro joined
Peachtree with his wife Mary Grace in 2000. He serves on
the Global Ministry Leadership Team, with special interest
in the Latin America and Caribbean areas. Boli is a member
of the Chancel Choir and is part of Peachtree's Crisis
Prevention and Management Project Leadership Team. He has
served in the Church's Prayer Ministry and as a volunteer
with the Mission Aviation Fellowship and HCJB World and
Hands Ministries. A retired naval officer, Boli went to
Georgia Tech, holds a masters degree in computer systems
and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College. He is
deeply committed to sharing the Good News in our community
and around the world and helping the poor and
marginalized.

Allison Barker grew up in
Atlanta and was baptized as an infant at Peachtree. Her
love for Jesus has been and continues to be profoundly
shaped by the community of the Church. Allison enjoys
being married to Watson and mothering their two young
children, Mary Boyd and Charlotte. At Peachtree, Allison
is engaged in a couple’s small group, MOPS, Manna for Moms
and children’s ministry. She also served as an elder in the
class of 2006. Allison graduated from the University of
Virginia and has work experience in both fundraising and
sales.

Julian Brown has been a
member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church since 1984 and has
served on the session two times previously. He has also
served 6 years on the Benevolence Committee for the
church; in addition he has been past President of his
former Sunday School Class, a team member on a Costa Rica
mission trip, a founding member of the Monday morning
men’s bible study group, and a volunteer as a Committee
Member for Boy Scout Troop 370, the Atlanta Community Food
Bank, Ducks Unlimited and Habitat for Humanity. He is
married to Anne Brown and they have one teenage son
Christian. He is employed with Transwestern, a national
commercial real estate firm where he serves as Senior Vice
President Southeastern Industrial Partner.

Mary Cox. Born in Sanford North Carolina, Mary Cox
is a long time resident of Atlanta, living in Sandy
Springs for 46 years. Mary and her husband, Phil have two
children and three grandchildren and have been Peachtree
members since 1979. She served as an Elder in the class of
1999 and as Chair of the Worship Committee. Currently, she
serves on the Property Committee, Sanctuary Guild,
Memorial Guild, a Stephen Minister, a long time member of
Chancel Choir and a member of the Covenant Sunday School
Class. Mary attended Georgia State University where she
studied voice with Beverly Wolf and Elizabeth Colson. Her
community service also includes serving on the Boards of
The Atlanta Choral Guild and the Sandy Springs Society and
is a member of Heritage of Sandy Springs.

John Chambliss was raised in Alpharetta and
attended both North Springs and Centennial High Schools.
He received his B.S. in Economics from The University of
Georgia and an M.S. of Real Estate from Georgia State
University. John was reared as an Episcopalian, became a
member of Peachtree in 2005 and attends the 11:05 worship
hour . He is a founding member of The Renewal Class, where
he is an active participant in the Young Adult Community.
He has been actively involved in high school ministry for
the past three years, specifically working with the Class
of 2011. John has been employed with the real estate
finance division of Bank of North Georgia since receiving
his undergraduate degree.

Mark Dodson has been a Peachtree member since 1990
and has served as an Elder three times previously. Other
service to the church includes Stewardship Committee,
Evangelism Committee, Andrew Ministry, participant in the
2006 Cuba mission trip and several terms as Clerk of
Session. Mark was also a speaker for the My95 series.
Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Mark owns The Private
Capital Group, a private mortgage banking firm.

Amy Howard. Amy and her husband Marshall have
been attending Peachtree since 2006 and joined in 2007.
Amy grew up in the Methodist Church as her father is a
Methodist minister. Amy was active in youth group and went
to Mexico on a mission trip. At the University of Georgia,
Amy attended the Wesley Foundation and served on a mission
trip to Little Havana in Miami. Amy and Marshall helped
start the Proclaimers Sunday School class in 2007 and
served on a Jamaica mission trip to help with the School
for the Blind and The Nest orphanage. Amy is a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters degree from
Auburn University and does in-home family therapy with
juveniles on probation. Amy and Marshall live in Grant
Park with their dog Nyali.

Mike Johnson joined Peachtree in 1990 and is a
member of the Breadbreakers Sunday School class. Mike and
his wife Brindley have two children – Lela and Ross.
Originally from North Carolina, he has lived in Atlanta
since 1989. Mike graduated in 1986 from the University of
North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in accounting,
is a CPA with a career in both public and private
practice. In 2002 he co-founded Callaway Partners an
accounting & finance project management and contract labor
firm.

Doug Justice was born and raised in Bessemer,
Alabama, and moved to Atlanta after graduating from the
University of Alabama in 1977 to work with The Citizens
and Southern National Bank. Since 1979 he has been
employed by Merrill Lynch and is currently a First Vice
President and Senior Financial Advisor. Doug and Mary have
been married for thirty years, members of Peachtree
Presbyterian Church since 1986 and are members of the
Credence Sunday School Class. Doug has previously taught
Adult Sunday School and led small group Bible Study
through Disciple I. He has served as a past Board Member
of The LifeGate Counseling Center where he chaired the
Finance Committee. Doug’s community service includes
mentoring two families through Habitat for Humanity and
tutoring students in the Principal for a Day program of
the Atlanta Public Schools.

George H. Lane, III joined Peachtree in 1972 and
has previously served as an elder. He and Max attend the
Heritage Sunday School Class. George graduated in 1970 cum
laude with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the
University of Georgia, and began his career with Arthur
Andersen & Company and later founded Lane Company in 1974.
Lane Company and its subsidiaries have 1,200 employees and
are one of the largest multifamily development groups in
the nation. George is also a founding member and former
President of the Atlanta Apartment Association, and is a
past Director of the National Apartment Association. He
serves on the Board of Directors of Westminster School..

Frederick Marx has been a member of PPC since June
2005. He and his wife, Robin, are members of the Lifemates
Sunday School class where he serves as the men's social
director. Frederick and Robin have taught Sunday School in
The Pond for the past three years. He is also a table
leader in Ironmen.Frederick is from Virginia Beach,
Virginia, has a bachelors degree in Economics from Old
Dominion University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business
School at Emory University. He works at Keylingo, LLC, a
language services firm he founded in 2004. Frederick and
Robin have been married almost 13 years and have two sons,
Harrison, 7, and Sebastian, 5.

Bill Moorer has been a Peachtree member since 2004.
He and wife Marsha are members of the Credence Sunday
School class. Bill received his B.S. in Industrial
Management at Georgia Tech where he played varsity
football and served as co-captain in 1966. He also
received an M.S. degree from Georgia Tech in 1968. The
Moorers relocated back to Atlanta from Eufaula, Alabama,
where he served as a deacon and Finance Committee chair at
his previous church. The Moorers have two children, Lee
Anne and Dan, and three grandchildren. He currently serves
on the Board of Directors and as a volunteer for the Bobby
Dodd Institute.

Angela Naphin has been a member of Peachtree for
over 20 years. She and her husband Jon attend the
Commitments Sunday School class. They have two children,
Alex (9) and Julia (6). Angela has served the church in
many capacities including Presbyterian Women and various
leadership positions in her Sunday school classes. Angela
was the chair of The Gift Goes On in 2008 and will chair
the event again in 2010. Angela is employed by The
Coca-Cola Company as Director of Outlet Presentation
Excellence. She has been active as a Coca-Cola mentor and
is a member of the Network of Executive Women and the
Coca-Cola Women’s Forum. Previously, Angela was the Parent
Council President and served on the Board of Directors for
Trinity Early Learning Center as Public Relations Chair
and Secretary. Angela has a Bachelor’s degree in
Journalism from the University of Mississippi and a
Masters in Mass Communication from the University of
Georgia.

Mike Neal has been a member of Peachtree
Presbyterian Church since 1986. He and his wife Julie are
members of the Faithmates Sunday school class, and have
two children Natalie and Lyndsey. Mike has served on
numerous Peachtree committees and is a former Clerk of the
Session. Mike’s passion is in the Children’s Ministries
and served formerly as the Chairman of the Board of the
Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool. He also serves on the
Board of Covenant House. Mike is a Senior Vice President
of Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Commercial Real Estate.

Donna Ray grew up on St. Simons Island. After
graduating from the University of Georgia, she moved to
Atlanta and joined Peachtree in 1985. She has previously
served on the Session, as vice chair of the Usher
Committee, chair of the Evangelism Committee, as a member
of the Worship Committee, the Super Saturday Steering
Committee, and the New Member Orientation Committee. She
is Chief Operating Officer for Momar, Inc. and is married
to Mike.

Jon Rue joined Peachtree in 1986 and has served one
term as an Elder. A lifelong Presbyterian, Jon grew up in
Bowling Green, Kentucky. He graduated from Western
Kentucky University and received his law degree from the
University of Kentucky. He has been married to Melinda for
30 years, and they have four children, Julianna (24),
Elizabeth (23), Jonathan, Jr. (19), and Daniel (16), all
of whom have grown up at Peachtree and have been active in
student ministries. Jon is involved in a Peachtree men's
Bible study. He has also served the church in the areas of
Christian education and student ministries, and in the
community as a coach in various youth sports programs and
as a parent volunteer for his children’s schools. Through
Childspring International, Jon and Melinda have hosted
children from Haiti who are in need of medical care. Jon
is a health care attorney and partner with Parker, Hudson,
Rainer & Dobbs LLP.

Keith Sauls is a native of Aiken, SC and has been a
member of Peachtree Presbyterian since 1991. He currently
serves on the Finance Committee of Peachtree Presbyterian
Church as well as the Board of the Bill Maness Outreach
Center and is a member of the Faithmates class. Keith and
his wife Missy have been married since 1994 and have two
children, Garrison (11) and Lillie (10). He is currently a
Managing Director for Crawford Investment Counsel an
Atlanta based independent investment firm. He is a 1990
graduate of College of Charleston where he now serves on
the College of Charleston Foundation and Business School
Boards. Keith received his MBA from Emory University in
2001 and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation.

Frank Skinner is a long-time member of Peachtree
Presbyterian Church and an Elder who has served the church
as a Sunday School teacher and in a variety of other ways,
including chairing the Pastoral Nominating Committee. He
is a former Trustee of Columbia Theological Seminary,
serving five years as Chair of the Board of Trustees. He
is a native of Virginia and a graduate of the University
of Richmond. After military service and a forty year
career in the telecommunications business, he retired in
November 1992 as Chairman and CEO of Bellsouth
Telecommunications, Inc. Mr. Skinner has two daughters,
Ruth Ann Suttles, a member of Peachtree, and Christian
Kirkland of Charlotte, North Carolina, and five
grandchildren.

Beth Stevens was reared in an active Peachtree
family. She was married to Rick in the Sanctuary 25 years
ago and they have three children Taylor (21), Kelly (20),
and Blake (17). Beth and Rick are active in the Partner's
in Faith Sunday School class and the Stevens family
worships in the 11:05 service. Beth says she “has been
blessed by a legacy of faith at Peachtree.” As a part of
sharing her faith she has served in a variety of ways with
children, youth, and adults. She is currently involved
with mentoring women through the church with the Transform
Project which helps to find women in need affordable
housing in Atlanta. She is a returning elder.

Nancy Vason is a native of Cordele, Georgia. She
and her husband, Hamp, joined Peachtree when they were
newlyweds, thirty years ago. They have two children,
Betsie (22) and Carlisle (18), who have been nurtured in
their faith by the Peachtree family. Nancy and Hamp are
members of the Credence Sunday School Class. Nancy has
been involved in children and student ministries, and she
currently serves as a Shepherd for new member orientation
(Exploring Peachtree) and as a volunteer for LaAmistad.
She is a long-time member of Women’s Community Bible Study
and served for several years as a WCBS small group leader.
She is a communication coach at Speechworks, and a
consultant and course manager for the Center for Effective
Performance.
